Shipping Policy

We ship your orders with care and punctuality. Below you will find all the information related to shipping times, costs and methods.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be handled on the first working day available.

Shipping and Delivery Time

We offer shipping to Italy and Europe. The estimated delivery times are:

• Italy: 2–6 working days
• Europe and World: 3–7 working days

Note: times may vary by destination and courier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout, before order confirmation.

Traceability

All orders include a tracking code, which you will receive by email as soon as the package is shipped.

Failure to Deliver or Incorrect Address

Make sure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at durini@navadesignmilano.com with photos and details. We will do everything we can to solve the problem.

Right of Withdrawal and Shipping Costs

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, in the event of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, we will also refund the initial standard shipping costs. Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
