How long does it take to deliver my order?
We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: 2–6 business days
Europe & Worldwide: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and the courier's schedule.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within **14 days** of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
How do I request a return?
Starting a return is simple:
Log in to your Account, locate the order you wish to return, select "Return Items", and follow the instructions provided.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
- Timing: We will issue a full refund (including the original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.
