Returns and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return a product, you can do so in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Deadlines for Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without obligation to give reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

Customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59 Consumer Code.

Conditions for the Return

To be eligible for return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as it was received
• Be in the original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order number)

Return Shipping

• Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated
• We recommend that you use a traceable service to ensure the correct delivery of your return

Reimbursement

Once we receive the notice of withdrawal, we will provide the refund of the full amount paid, including the initial standard shipping costs, within 14 days.

• The refund may be withheld until we receive the product or until we receive proof of shipment.
• The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
